Compare travel dates and destinations on the internet

Sometimes you might need to visit your family in a specific month of the year but can be flexible about the dates. Another time you might want to go somewhere that's sunny and affordable but aren't particular about where that is.

When the dates that you can travel are flexible or when you want to compare several destinations, you can use the flexible search form at the bottom of the Bing Travel homepage to compare your options and find a great airfare that rewards your flexibility.

  • Want to compare fares for flights departing within a 30-day range? Start with the flexible search form on the left.
  • Want to compare fares for different destinations within a 30-day range? Start with the flexible search form on the right.
  1. Under Find the dates with the lowest fares, choose a departure city and a destination city, and then click Go.
  2. In the graph view, you'll see yesterday's lowest available fare for the destination across 30 departure dates. Click any data point on the graph itself to see the amount of the lowest fare.
  3. You can adjust your results by doing any of the following:
    • In the left pane, add up to four more destination cities to compare fares.
    • In the left pane, specify any 30-day date range within the next three months.
    • In the left pane, specify the number of nights you want your trip to last.
    • Under the graph, sort the listings in ascending or descending order by clicking the column titles.
  4. Click Search for the fare you want, or click any data point on the graph, and then clickSearch for this flight.

Compare multiple destinations

  1. Under Explore multiple routes at once, choose a departure city and a destination city, and then click Go.
  2. In the map view, you'll see yesterday's lowest available fare for the destination across 30 departure dates.
Note If you don't choose a destination city before clicking Go, you'll see yesterday's lowest available fare for multiple destinations all at once in the Map view.
  3. On the map itself, you can zoom in and out of different areas, click and drag the map to move it around, and click a price flag to find out the travel dates for that low fare.
  4. You can adjust your results by doing any of the following:
    • In the left pane, select up to five destination cities to compare fares.
    • In the left pane, specify any 30-day date range within the next three months.
