Ingredients for cooking roast beef:
Has 400 grams of beef in one piece, puncture-stab forks
Spices:
10 onions
3 pieces of red chilli
1 teaspoon coriander
1 / 8 teaspoon cumin
2 cm ginger
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
Sambal MATERIALS:
5 pieces chili pepper, finely chopped
4 red onions
4 cloves garlic
1 / 2 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 / 8 teaspoon vinegar
8 tablespoons soy sauce
1 / 8 teaspoon salt
HOW TO MAKE:
Marinate meat with spices, set aside for 3 hours.
Grilled meat with seasonings until cooked.
Slice the meat thinly. Serve with sauce mixture.
