Men less aware of their own health problems and more lazy to do the examination to the doctor. The reason behind this trend is not because men are rarely sick, but because he rarely 'feel' pain.
As a personal masculine, men tend to feel strong enough to overcome his own health problems. This assumption then raises as many reasons to not go to the doctor even had a complaint.
Some of the reasons men rarely see a doctor are as follows:
1. Feeling fine A survey showed, 36 percent of men would only see a doctor when experiencing severe pain. This means that if there is no problem that is felt very disturbing, some men just lazy to see a doctor to guard.
Though dangerous diseases such as heart problems and blood vessels are not always easy to detect only the symptoms, because the newly emerging on the very severe stage. In addition, some sexually transmitted infections (STIs) also did not show any symptoms.
2. Feeling strong enough to face pain Unlike women who tend to open related health problems, men who tend to complain a lot do not feel masculine. The phrase that 'Big boys do not cry' is the reason why he never visited a doctor for minor complaints such as blisters perceived, bruises or burns.
Whereas some serious problems can be started from a mild complaint. Extreme example is a small wound can become infected, then the surrounding tissue to rot and had to be amputated.
3. None of the 'nag' Males who do not have a partner or not living with his mother is usually more rarely went to the doctor. In fact, women care more about health issues so that four times more likely than men to visit doctors. Perhaps that is why, women live longer than men.
4. Because of care do not want chewed out, a wife or girlfriend might even nag their partner had a disease when caught. Suggestions, feedback, advice, or just to remind his time taking medicine, it certainly membosanan for some men. Therefore, some men choose not to go to the doctor and let the disease get well by itself.
5. Did not have time The most common reason why men rarely go to the doctor is too busy. Some men had to leave for work early in the morning, then come home the night when most clinics and physician practices were closed.
At present, it is not difficult to find a clinic that opened during the 24-hour service. Utilizing a day off for check-up is also not a bad idea for men who care about health issues.
