Ford's new SYNC technology: Sending messages with sound?

Ford automotive company recently announced its latest update on the SYNC technology, where technology serves to provide a safer alternative to texting while driving. My Ford Touch-equipped newly equipped with a device that can block incoming calls and text messages using the "Do Not Disturb", but the biggest addition is support the new protocol (MAP) which will allow SYNC to read incoming text messages via bluetooth.
Future, Blackberry and Ford will be first in making the "Audible text messaging" via SYNC, so the driver can easily send text messages only by voice. RIM has already agreed to implement to the latest Bluetooth standard which is the MAP (Message Access Profile) on new Blackberry devices. Blackberry integration MAP will make improvement between your phone and SYNC system that can read incoming text messages.
The latest version of SYNC will release in 2011, who where in it there is an additional button "Do Not Disturb", which allows the driver to block incoming messages and calls, but can still be used to make outgoing calls.
