If the computer you are using core 2 duo processor (2 processor) or higher, you can utilize these resources to accelerate the process of booting your windows 7

1. Click Start and type msconfig in search of programs and files > Enter
2. Click on the tab "Boot" and click on "Advanced options"
3. Check the option "number of processors" and determine how many processors you want held in accordance with your PC (usually 2, 4 or 8).
4. Click "OK" and "Apply".
5. Reboot
